The 8412 Collective isn’t built around a fixed list of roles or departments. We bring together people with different skills, experience, and perspectives depending on what a piece of work needs. Some projects need strategy; others need content, design, technology, training, or operational thinking. Often, they need several of these at once. The collective gives us the flexibility to bring the right expertise together, without pretending one team can know or do everything.

Aishwarya is a marketing consultant, strategist, and trainer working across marketing, communication, business operations, and education. At The 8412 Collective, she takes a holistic approach to marketing, looking beyond content and campaigns to understand the people, systems, communication, and business realities that shape how a brand grows. She also designs and delivers training in communication, marketing, and organisational capability.
She is interested in how organisations translate what they believe into how they show up, communicate, and grow.

Content Creator & Designer
Jyothi is a Bangalore-based creative professional. At The 8412 Collective, she works primarily as a Content Creator and Designer, creating visual content based on ideas and concepts developed by the team. She also takes on a generalist role, supporting different aspects of the team’s work when needed. Her diverse professional journey has given her opportunities to learn from different roles, people, and perspectives.
She enjoys exploring new ways of communicating ideas through content and design, and believes there is always something new to learn, improve, and a different perspective worth considering.

Content Strategist
Pooja is a content strategist with over two decades of experience across writing, brand communication, social media, and creative strategy. At The 8412 Collective, she works on content and marketing strategy, shaping ideas, developing narratives, and figuring out how a brand can say what it means without sounding like everyone else. She likes questions, clear thinking, and content with a reason to exist.
She believes words matter, and that using fewer of them well is often a good place to start.
